WHO'S WHO IN CIGNA

On occasion, a behavioral health provider may need to contact a representative at CIGNA for assistance. Below is a resource for determining where to go with your inquiries and issues:

Contact Provider Advocacy, at the number listed on the back of the member’s identification card, for issues regarding:
• Claims
• Eligibility
• Benefits

Contact a Customer Service Web Representative at 888.259.6279 or eclaimssupport@CIGNA.com for issues regarding:
• Electronic or web claims submission
• Obtaining a temporary log-in & password for online services

Contact our Customer Support Center at 800-261-6232 for issues regarding:
• Established log-in & password problems

Contact a Network Development Specialist at networkdevelopment@cigna.com for issues regarding:
• Joining network/become contracted
• Unavailable/not accepting new patients (overbooked, vacation)
• Provider screening forms
• Currently contracted clinics: location changes
• Currently contracted clinics: provider roster changes
• Termination requests
• Change or add specialties
• Provider education materials
• Provider Self-Introductions (PSIs)

Contact a Provider Data Specialist if you need:
• To change an office, mailing, or billing address
• To change your Tax ID number

This information can be submitted to a Provider Data Specialist by going to www.cignabehavioral.com:
• Select the option for “Providers” from the main menu.
• Click on the option for “More…”
• Click on “Tools and Forms”
• Click on the link for “Submit Demographic Changes” (Under the “No Log-in Required” section)

Contact a Provider Relations Representative at servicedelivery@cigna.com for issues regarding:
• Existing contracts (individuals & clinics)
• Fee schedules (for contracted individuals & clinics)

In all instances where e-mail is utilized, please be sure to note your CIGNA Provider Identification Number (if known) and the state in which you practice so that your request is routed correctly.
