throughout your facilities and amongst your workforce. By raising
awareness about the versatility of the services, you can help your
employees get the support they need to manage life’s
challenges and balance work and life.
Standard Electronic Materials
You can distribute the materials throughout your organization in several ways including e-mail,
adding to your company’s intranet site, printing and posting the e-flyers, and copying text
from the e-cards or e-flyers and inserting into your company’s newsletter.

A poster
and brochure
inform individuals and their families of services available through
their assistance and work/life support programs. They include
instructions for accessing the resources online or via the
telephone. To order, simply send an email to
AccountServices@CIGNA.com. Include the following information with
your order:
- Type of materials needed
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Shipping contact name and phone number
- Your name and phone number - in case we need to
contact you with questions.
You can expect to receive your order in approximately two
weeks. Should you require your materials sooner, please indicate
that in your email, and one of our Account Specialists will work
with you to meet your deadline.
