Wellness Seminar Requests

Wellness Seminars provide on-site health promotion, addressing common personal or work-related concerns and provide employee audiences with comprehensive information pertaining to these issues.

Choose a seminar from the Wellness Seminar/Management Training List or contact your Regional EAP Manager for assistance on developing a customized wellness education program.

Surveys help us to improve our service to you. After your seminar, please complete the HR Evaluation and have your seminar participants complete the Participant Evaluation.

Please note that we request a minimum of 4 weeks notice (6 weeks notice for legal or financial trainings) when scheduling an event.
