Manager Training Requests & Manager's Guide to the EAP

The Manager’s Guide to the EAP is a vital tool used to assist your managers in identifying and dealing with declining performance and other job-related issues.

Manager/Supervisor Training Sessions equip your managers with tools to recognize, manage, and assist employees who may be impaired by personal problems that become apparent through job performance issues. CIGNA can also conduct training sessions that help managers and supervisors identify behaviors that indicate possible workplace use of drugs and alcohol.

Choose a training from the Wellness Seminar/Management Training List or contact your Regional EAP Manager for assistance on developing a customized manager training plan.
