Management Consultations
Management Consultation Services are available on an unlimited basis to assist managers and supervisors with workplace issues, 24/7. Our management consultation team is made up of licensed master’s-level clinicians.
They have provided guidance to leaders regarding concerns such as:

* Effective Leadership |
* Employee Appearance |
| * Referring employees to EAP |
* Employee job jeopardy problems |
* Critical incidents |
| * Employee grief and loss |
* Employee chronic/terminal illness
|
* Job-appropriate behavior |
| * Violence in the workplace |
* Complying with drug, alcohol & other company policies |
|
In some cases, however, further steps may be necessary and a Management Referral is warranted. If your program includes Management Referrals, your consultant will assist you, your manager, and the employee in question with one of the following referral types:
| *Informal Referral |
*Formal Referral |
*Continuation of Employment Referral |
In these instances a
EAP Management Referral Release of Information (ROI) will be necessary.

note:This form is only to be used by an Employer Representative who is initiating a Formal EAP Management Referral for one of their employees. It only allows Cigna EAP to report EAP attendance and compliance information to an individual's Employer Representative.)
