are available on an unlimited basis to assist managers and supervisors with workplace issues, 24/7. Our management consultation team is made up of licensed masterís-level clinicians.
They have provided guidance to leaders regarding concerns such as:

||* Employee Appearance
|* Referring employees to EAP
||* Employee job jeopardy problems
||* Critical incidents
|* Employee grief and loss
||* Employee chronic/terminal illness
||* Job-appropriate behavior
|* Violence in the workplace
||* Complying with drug, alcohol & other company policies
In some cases, however, further steps may be necessary and a Management Referral is warranted. If your program includes Management Referrals, your consultant will assist you, your manager, and the employee in question with one of the following referral types:

In these instances a EAP Management Referral Release of Information
(ROI) will be necessary.
(note:This form is only to be used by an Employer Representative who is initiating a Formal EAP Management Referral for one of their employees. It only allows Cigna EAP to report EAP attendance and compliance information to an individual's Employer Representative.)
