Web-based orientations to your CIGNA Behavioral Health Employee Assistance Program are available through the links below.

All employees should view the "Employee Orientation to the EAP" for a 10-15 minute introduction to the benefits they are eligible to receive through their EAP.

Managers should also view the "Manager Orientation to the EAP" for a 10-15 minute overview of how the EAP can provide tools help managers do their jobs better.
