CIGNA Behavioral Health is hoping to increase the number of Self Introductions and Self Introductions with photographs on our website.  Your Self Introduction introduces you to potential patients and can provide them with invaluable information such as location, language, handicap accessibility, and possibly your philosophy of therapy. With Photo:  For those that complete, or have completed, a Self Introduction WITH photo by the end of the year their name will be put into a drawing for one of three iPod Shuffles.

·         Enter your user ID and password.

o        If you are not registered for online use, call 800.334.8925 to obtain a password. If you are already registered but have forgotten your password, call 800.261.6232.

·         The tool will then give you step-by-step instructions on how to complete your online profile.
