Heather Daniels is responsible for development and implementation of human capital requirements to
successfully execute client business strategy. She is focused on enhancing the business by optimizing human capital
through organizational development, diversity, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, as well as
staffing and recruitment.
Prior to CBH, Daniels held several leadership roles in the human resources and supply chain departments at General
Electric (GE). She was a member of GE's renowned HR Executive Leadership Program (HRLP). She worked in five
different GE businesses across the United States; most recently at GE Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI where she
held a Global HR Manager role with responsibility for an international team of executives and employees in the
United States, Asia and Europe. Among her numerous accomplishments at GE, Daniels became a certified Six Sigma
Black Belt. Prior to her experience at GE, Daniels worked at Eaton and IBM Corporations, as well as Wells
Fargo/Norwest and Anchor Banks.
Daniels holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish from the University of
St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also holds a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from
the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. Previously, she studied extensively in Quito, Ecuador
and is fluent in Spanish.
