Medical Management Program

You’re probably familiar with CIGNA Behavioral Health’s (CBH) Provider Guide, but did you know that it’s referenced in your contract as the Medical Management Program? Our Provider Education team has been busy reviewing, adding, and trimming this document and we’ve given it a face lift by changing the layout and adding links to make it easier to use.

The Medical Management Program (MMP) guide is split into two sections: the Administrative Manual, which gives you important and useful information on how to work with CBH, and the Provider Guide, which outlines state specific regulatory requirements related to your contract. Provider Connection Newsletter Name

A while ago we ran a contest to rename our Provider Connection Newsletter and due to unforeseen circumstances have not yet done so other than to change Provider to Practitioner. We are holding the names submitted until we are ready, but we wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your suggestions. A winner will be announced in the future.
