They're Looking For You!
How do members find you? Are you just another number? CIGNA Behavioral Health features a
‘Self Introduction’ page on the Provider Search function of our website (www.cignabehavioral.com)
that allows the member to get to know YOU.
The member searching our website may have special needs with which
you can help but how would they know that unless they're given that information? The information
contained in our practitioner profiles can help them search for you. Our site contains clinical
practice and demographic information for each practitioner such as gender, license level, and foreign
language capabilities – who wouldn’t want to speak to you in a language with which they are comfortable?
So, once the member has the basic demographics, how do they know
you are the right practitioner for them? With the Self
Introduction you can tell members actively looking for a practitioner about you, your
specialties, your practice style, or perhaps where your office is located. Let us help you
differentiate you from all the other practitioners out there.
You can update your profile and create your Self Introduction online.
