Did you know that you can update your demographic information with us via our website? Did you also know that you can provide more background information about yourself including your photograph and experience to our participants? It is vitally important to us and our membership that you keep your practice information with us accurate and up to date. We also understand that you are busy. Accordingly, we have provided many tools on our CIGNA Behavioral Health website to help you manage your profile and differentiate you from all other practitioners in your area—at any time of the day.

Our network listings are only as accurate as the information you provide us. Any recent or future changes such as office location, mailing and billing address, phone number, Tax ID change, etc. can be submitted online with no login required. It’s fast and easy! Please submit such demographic changes on our Provider Homepage at this link:

CIGNA Behavioral Health also features a ‘Self Introduction’ page, located through the Provider Search function of our website, that allows the participant to get to know YOU. With this feature you can tell members actively looking for a practitioner about you, your specialties, your practice style, or perhaps where your office is located. You can even post a photograph of yourself.

To get started…
• Visit our website at www.cignabehavioral.com
• Click on the ‘Providers’ tab
• Click on ‘Update your Profile’
• Enter your user ID and password.
• If you are not registered for online use, call 800.334.8925 to obtain a password. If you are already registered but have forgotten your password, call 800.261.6232.
• The tool will then give you step-by-step instructions on how to complete your online profile.
